PRACTICE GROUPS
All enthusiastic swimmers between the ages of 4 and 18 who enjoy the water are welcomed.
We have four levels that meet the needs for all aspiring swimmers.

Developmental "Duck"
Novice swimmer who can swim freestyle and backstroke. Ages range from 4 to 7 years of age. The main emphasis will be on developing competence in freestyle and backstroke. Breaststroke and butterfly are introduced.

Bronze Group
Inexperienced swimmers who need stroke correction on the four strokes as well as work on starts and turns. Ages range from 6 to 10 years of age. Instruction is given in intervals of 25 M (one lap). The overall goal is to create swimmers who are knowledgeable on their strokes before training.

Silver Group
This practice level is for younger experienced swimmer who does all the strokes legally and needs more experience in training. Technique is the focal point of the group. The concept of training sets are introduced. We will emphasize shorter yardage intervals to foster more development of stroke technique and focus.

Gold Group
The Gold group is for experience swimmers and provides stroke and conditioning instruction along with dryland training.

HS/Platinum Group
An experienced swimmer who has the ability and mental maturity to train at high speeds and handle challenging yardage. Selection for this group will require consistent effort, commitment, and require daily attendance. They would be involved in dryland training. Teaching and technique are still provided but a quicker pace. Age range from 10 to 18 years of age.
